It is important for both national and international travel.

Most of us have that thought that “it doesn't happen to me”, but you can sprain your foot, slip, get a lot of flu or any other situation that any one of us is exposed to on a daily basis.

When I started traveling, I would read this description in hotel rentals and think “hey, this must be a chic and delicious coffee with many varieties”.

But, the truth is, a continental breakfast is the complete opposite!

That one simple coffee, consisting of toast, bread (usually French bread), cold cuts (cheese and ham), jams, butter, some fruit, coffee and juices.

What is an American breakfast?

When we talk about American coffee, that movie image immediately comes to mind: bacon and eggs.

And that's exactly it, it's a coffee with hot dishes, scrambled eggs, some kind of meat, wafflers with honey or chocolate, sauces, coffee or juices and many types of donets (both savory and sweet).
