When the child travels abroad, authorization will be waived if:
- Are accompanied by both parents or guardian
- If traveling with only one parent, you will need express authorization from the other parent through a document with notarized signature.

How to make the authorization?
When traveling nationally, you will need to fill out a form with a template on the Tribunal de Justiça (TJ) website. In the case of trips abroad, the form can be found on the Federal Police (PF) website.
As soon as you fill out the form, you will have to do the notarization and be delivered to the Childhood and Youth Court at the Forum in your city of origin.
