Camping is giving up all the amenities we have in our homes to be closer to nature. However, it's not just putting everything in the car and going, you have to worry about what to take to eat on a camping trip.
Here in this article I will give you important tips on what to take! Let's go?!
What to bring to eat on a camping trip
fruits
Taking fruit is the most economical and easy option for conditioning. Examples of fruits that resist warmer temperatures: bananas, apples, watermelon, plums and whatever else you like to eat.
The ideal is to leave them washed, ready to eat (in the case of apples, for example).
Biscuits and cereal bars
Take salty and sweet cookies, these are the options that fit in your backpack for hiking and that can satisfy your hunger at any time of the day.
Cereal bars are easy to carry for a walk, as well as being a source of energy.
It's always nice to have bars on a camping trip.
instant coffee
It's a good option to do first thing in the morning and leave your campsite smelling like coffee.
To be able to make coffee, it would be good to have a kettle that can heat the water on the fire or a “hot tail” if you have an outlet on site.
Water
If you have doubts about whether there will be a faucet in the place you are going to camp, bring water. It will also be good for using it at night, leave it inside the tent so you don't have to go outside at night.
Powdered milk
Just like coffee, it's a good option and won't be in danger of spoiling.
You can make coffee with milk, just milk or milk with mermaids.
Sandwiches
On your first day of camping, you can bring ready-to-eat sandwiches. A late afternoon meal or even your dinner.
Put them in a cool box with ice and you won't have a problem with spoiling them.
Canned and instant products
In addition to being cheap, they are easy to consume and prepare. You can bring instant noodles, canned beans, rice, sausage, meatballs and whatever you prefer.
This is our favorite meal! Besides being delicious!
Meat
Making a picadão with bread is the face of camping and it's delicious. You can take all the ready-made, minced and seasoned meat from your house.
To condition, the best thing is to bring it frozen and place it in a styrofoam box, it will maintain the temperature for about 5 hours.
utensils
Finally, don't forget to bring pots, plates or pots, cutlery and a kettle. Remember that everything will be done in the fire, so take a pan that can burn the bottom or buy special pans for camping.
We bought a really nice kit, which comes with forks, a pot with a lid that serves as plates and a pot that can heat water and cook our food.
We put canned food directly on the fire, we don't take it out of the can and it's delicious!
Tip: take a bag of firewood and charcoal to make your fire, if you don't have it at the campsite, you won't be taken by surprise.
