The Senate Plenary approves a free order of baggage of up to 23 kg on flights. Taken as a provisional measure that makes air transport rules more flexible.
According to Provisional Measure (MP) No. 1089/2021, known as Simple Flight PM, amended on May 17th, valid until June 1st.
The reason for the change is the free check-in of luggage up to 23 kg in national flights and up to 30 kg in international flights.
At the moment companies are authorized to charge for shipping. Each company has its own price list.
