Marina all suites Rio de Janeiro :
It was at the most charming address in the city that the travel bloggers get together with Skyscanner, weeks ago here in Rio de Janeiro. If you thought of Leblon, you're right!!! And the place chosen could not have been better, the bar d'hotel, on the second floor of Marina All Suites, in front of the most popular beach in the south zone.
O bar d'hotel it's a very modern bistro frequented by a super pretty and cool crowd, it's open to the public daily and a couple points darlings of cariocas, especially in summer! Not long ago it had its menu and drinks reformulated by chef Lydia Gonzalez and fur mixologist, super top, Tai Bardin that just rocks us drinks!!
And there, what an incredible team of travel bloggers, which I loved getting to know, was invited to discover these new delicacies from the bar d'hotel, in a super fun chat and exchanges of very cool experiences with the presence of the dear Maria Holt of skyscanner.
The night started with great and different drinks prepared by animated Tai Bardin and your assistant jonny paes and for the super delicious starters like mini canasta cheese and smoked guava bruchettas, crispy prawns with cashew chutney (from Gods), mini moqueca harumakis with spicy pepper compote, mini pork rillette sandwiches in bread with pineapple grilled in honey and parma and arugula rolls with pesto.
Following, we had a super tasty dinner presented in small portions so that we could try out the various novelties. We start with a parma salad, fresh mines with green grapes and mastic vinaigrette?? Soon after, a beetroot risotto surreal good (if you turn your nose up at beets I guarantee you will love this dish!!!), with marriage of canasta and chevre cheeses?? And yet another plate of shrimp with roots which was delicious too.
And of course the gastronomic orgy couldn't end before dessert, right?!! we had mini pavlova with fruits and flowers and hibiscus syrup and mini cocoa tiramisu in the shot… I think I need to go back and try them both to tell you what I liked the most!!! <3
