Check availability of Disney parks on your travel dates
When you went to buy your airline ticket, check the availability of tickets for the same date at Disney parks.
The most popular park is Magic Kingdom (the one with the castle and the fireworks show at the end of the night). So plan ahead and buy your tickets as soon as possible 🙂 .

How much does a trip to Disney cost in 2023?
I speak from experience, as we went to Disney again this year. We spent around R$10,000.00 per person.
This includes 4 packs (we didn't go all of them), airfare, car rental, food and lodging (without put the stuff we bought during the trip: t-shirts of our favorite characters, Minei ears, hats and a bunch of wonderful things that are expensive).
When is the best time to go to Disney?
Disney parks are crowded all year round! But if you choose not to go during school holidays (December to February), spring break (late March to early April), and the month of October (children's days and Halloween), you'll find lower prices and a little less crowded.
Usually between August and September are the low season months.

Disney trivia and tips
I will list some curiosities and doubts that people have when they want to go to Disney:
- Disney has 6 parks in all and you need to buy one ticket for each park or packages to visit more than one park per day (which I don't recommend, because it's a lot besides long queues to go to the rides).
- O Harry Potter is part of the park universal studios (this park no part of the Disney parks).
- You can enter with a backpack with food and water inside the parks (avoiding buying and spending absurdities inside the parks: food and water are very expensive. As an example: an average of water costs $3.75 USD and a soft drink $6 USD). Check the policy of each park, there are prohibited items.
- Inside the parks there are fountains with free water, take your bottle and just fill it up 🙂
- the most park childish is the Magic Kingdom, where you can ride roller coasters with your little ones without so much adrenaline, while the park with the most roller coasters is Disney Hollywood Studios;
- Go on all the toys, there's a lot of fun even in the theater, you'll be surprised at all!
- Disney's biggest park is the Magic Kingdom, in my opinion, one day is not enough to enjoy the park, even more so if you have children and want to see the fireworks at 9 pm.
- Light sunscreen and drink lots of water, Disney days are very hot. Dehydration can cause a headache and ruin your day.
- Wear comfortable clothes and good shoes, there are many hours of queuing for rides and walking inside the park. Avoid blisters on your feet and bandages on your legs!
- Intersperse with a rest day to visit the parks. If you have several days to enjoy the city and the parks, a great and valuable option is to go to one park in one day and stay one day off, so you can recover your energies.
- Download the application from Disney, it has everything about queuing times, which rides are open and in it you mark where your car is in the parking lot (they are huge and infinite).
- Take a spare slipper and extra clothes when you go to parks with water attractions.
- Visitors aged 14 and over no can enter in costume, only children.
- Any suspicious situation in the parks is checked by security agents.
- Disney has resort hotels, which have the following advantages: entering the parks earlier and leaving later (30 minutes before and 2 hours later, depending on the park).
How much does Disney parking cost?
Initial amount is $25 USD. If you want preferential, the value goes to $30 USD.
