Last month I was in<\/span> Sao Paulo<\/strong> to prepare some cool articles about the city with restaurants, bars and <\/span>hotspots<\/em>?? Anyone who knows me knows that I love this city and whenever I can I take a break, whether for work or just to enjoy the nightlife in S\u00e3o Paulo and Lu, who now lives in London, is from S\u00e3o Paulo and always gives me tips on cool things to do. do over there.<\/span><\/p>\n

Last time I met the super cool soiree<\/strong>, a mix of bar, restaurant and lounge that just opened, right next to the skye<\/em> (at Hotel Unique).<\/span> The Sarau belongs to the television director, Wolf Maia<\/em>, and perhaps that is why it has already opened with a reputation for hot spot<\/em> but it's still a super nice place with a very beautiful and lively crowd!! I thought it was a great option for a pre party or to meet friends during the week, the music selection is top<\/em> and makes the atmosphere even more lively and relaxed.<\/p>\n

Sarau: beautiful and lively crowd<\/h2>\n

I found the decoration of the Sarau amazing, there are three environments, first and second floor and a third area that is uncovered, modern and very sophisticated! The kitchen is owned by the chef<\/em> Julio Alves<\/em> that makes a mix<\/em> of kitchens Japanese, Peruvian and Brazilian<\/strong> in their dishes, by the way, very good and the drinks<\/em> is extensive but I only tried the cleric<\/em>, which I love , and although it was good, I thought it comes with ice too much. On the second order, I asked for it to come with less ice but nothing, once again full of ice \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n

Of the snacks I tried the breaded chicken strips and the pastel de queijo coalho with honey and I loved them both, I highly recommend them.<\/p>\n

The service, on the other hand, found it very slow, the waiters are super helpful but a little confused when the place is full, maybe because they opened recently they must still be going through some adjustments but anyway, be patient, because the service is really slow!!!<\/p>\n

In addition, I found the Sarau very interesting, with a super cool audience and a great option to compete with the skye<\/em> which has a very similar proposal.<\/p>\n
