You know that place that already invites you to enter just for the atmosphere? White house with blue windows, a deck<\/em> super nice, rustic-chic decor, good music and even facing the most charming waterfront in the city\u2026 this is the salt restaurant<\/strong>, in\u00a0B\u00fazios<\/strong>, in contemporary kitchen<\/strong> opened in 2011.<\/p>\n

I already had great references. salt<\/strong> and I already got there knowing that I couldn't help but taste the strawberry caipivodka and pistachio brownie with chocolate syrup,<\/strong> highly recommended by friends, ok\u2026 I chose a Saturday night to visit the restaurant, the weather was super nice and these tables in the deck<\/em> overlooking Arma\u00e7\u00e3o beach have already won me over. Despite being a Saturday and already out of season, the tables outside were all busy and I decided to sit inside, a very charming and romantic atmosphere, I loved it!!<\/p>\n

Salt's kitchen is run by chef Ricardo Ferreira,<\/em> <\/strong>that makes a mix<\/em> elements of various culinary traditions in a single dish. Their dishes are creative, cheerful, aromatic and very colorful, in addition to being very tasty !!!<\/p>\n

As soon as I arrived, the idea was to order the so-called strawberry caipivodka but I confess that I couldn't resist my new darling spritz<\/em><\/strong> and the choice was super right, it matched my dishes all night long!! I love spritz<\/em>, has been my favorite in several bars and restaurants and this one, by Salt, is super well done!! The wine list was also great but I preferred to stay drink<\/em>.<\/p>\n

In addition to the varied menu with several options of seafood, meat, risotto and pasta,<\/strong> still had one express menu<\/strong><\/em> which I found very interesting, with some options for starters, main course (of the day)<\/span> and dessert.<\/p>\n

I opted for the traditional menu and for starters I went from smoked salmon rolls with cream cheese and wasabi caviar<\/strong>, very but soooo good !!! In addition to the presentation of the dish being beautiful, the salmon was really delicious. In addition to the salmon, I also ordered the ceviche with sweet potato chips<\/strong> and it was hard to say which one I liked the most!! If you like seafood, you can bet on one of these two starter options because they really are very good!!<\/p>\n

Who accompanies us on snapchat @nosnatrip<\/strong> saw that I showed you everything about the restaurant and that I ended up accepting the suggestion of ma\u00eetre d'<\/em> and I chose this as the main course. sesame-crusted tuna with wasabi mashed potatoes and kale crispy<\/strong>\u2026 simply amazing!!!!!<\/p>\n

Guys, I even changed the photo I took (because the light wasn't cool)<\/span> for the publicity photo because I needed to show this tuna in detail\u2026 seriously, one of the best I've ever eaten and the combination was very right, the wasabi puree was also delicious and despite being green like that it had just a touch of wasabi.<\/p>\n

The other dish I ordered at the table, which would be my order before the tuna suggestion, was the filet mignon with glazed onions served with Sicilian lemon risotto.<\/strong>.. this one I only tasted but I also super approved!!! filet<\/em> very soft with a very tasty risotto.<\/p>\n

And yes, there was also dessert, after all, how can I resist dessert even more than I've been dreaming about this pistachio brownie?? The orders on the table were the Pistachio Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce<\/strong> and also the Minas cheese ice cream with guava paste.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guava with cheese is always a good choice, right, but I confess that I haven't even tried it because the pistachio brownie is really great!!!!! don't stop asking (and then come back here and thank me hahahaha).<\/span><\/p>\n

O salt restaurant<\/strong>\u00a0it has a high price but totally in line with what is offered, I found it an amazing place for a romantic dinner and it was an excellent surprise in B\u00fazios, in addition to the food and atmosphere being excellent, it also has great service, it has already entered the list of favorite restaurants in spa and hope to return soon !!<\/p>\n
