If you love running and traveling like we do, here are some running tips you can take advantage of as you travel the world. It doesn't matter if it's trail running, mountain running, on the beach sand or on asphalt, what matters is running and getting to know the place in the best way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the trips we took, we ate a lot of junk food and I confess: we weren't too concerned about eating something healthy, after all we want to know all the goodies in new cities. However, the body misses an exercise, in addition to helping a lot to burn the excess calories ingested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For us, running is undoubtedly one of the best ways to get to know the surroundings where we spend the night and burn off some of our fat \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another cool thing is that if you're addicted to running like us, the best thing is to take a look at the racing calendar for the place you're going to travel!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will be pure fun! I assure you, in addition to meeting a lot of cool people, it will be possible to run in a place that I had never run before!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tips:<\/strong> if you don't train hard, go light, don't wear yourself out, enjoy the course and keep in mind that completing the race will be the best of all. Don't keep thinking about pace, time but rather, enjoy every km of the journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a half marathon that I did in Florian\u00f3pilis-SC, I talked throughout the journey, met charming people and even had time to exchange our social networks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below are some of the main races that take place every year around the world:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New York Marathon in November;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paris Marathon in France in April;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Florin\u00f3polis -SC Marathon in August and another in November;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e3o Paulo Marathon in August;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salvador Marathon in September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And of course, there are countless, these are some of the world-renowned, but there are those local races, events of 5 thousand people regionally, and that is that fun. You can usually register up to a month in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
