The structure has 4 viewing levels to view the charms of the sea from different places. On the first floor it is possible to go up the ramps with a wheelchair and this is where the bathrooms are located, as well as access to the elevator, which is panoramic!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Level two of the Mirante even has an urbanized square, playground, benches and an entire beautiful landscaped area. They are isolated by fences to prevent them from crossing the road (thus avoiding being run over).
